2. However I would agree the breakfast buffet is over priced for it's quality, but does does offer individual prices for items and is much better that free continental breakfasts I have endured in the past.

6. If I had to pick up ice, then I had to go down all way from 11th floor to 3rd floor and then go to the annex building and pick up ice, i guess for such a big hotel there could be a better option.
