2. I did however receive a call from the manager of the hotel after I called corporate, he demanded to know why I called corporate on him after he refunded me $60 out of the stay.

4. When we checked out, we raised some of our concerns to the desk clerk who was very cordial but admitted that she was powerless to do anything for us or offer a refund.
