1. The General Manager and staff is excellent and they will go the extra mile to make sure that you and your family are taken care of.

When I asked to speak to the manager I was greeted by a man who did not introduce himself and simply asked what was the problem, I assumed he was the maintenance man by his casual attire and appearance (putting it as nicely as I possibly can) and was pretty shocked when I finally realized that he was the manager.

3. I quickly got out of the shower, my husband called down to the front desk to ask what was going on and as well to inform the manager that their maintenance man just barged in our room while we were getting dressed.
