3. When I returned at about 7, I was told by the desk clerk that housekeeping was now gone for the day and that the housekeeping supervisor told her that I, in fact, had returned to a clean room and took a nap - thus messing up my bed.

4. Vira at the front desk was super friendly and helpful with directions, it was generally clean, the bedding and room were clean, and my room had no 'odor' like others describe.

Actually - This took place in September 2010 - but the system wouldn't allow for that date - Hotel was severely run down - room initially appeared clean - but during the night cockroaches crawled across my face - and when we threw the lights on they scattered everywhere near the bathroom and sink.

10. Here are some details:- Check-in took about a minute- My room was clean and 'serviceable' - There wasn't a heavenly bed, but it was comfortable with plenty of decent pillows, and clean newish bed linens that stayed tucked in- The rooms could've used new wallpaper, but it wasn't terrible.
