2. Check in process was fast no waiting,front desk service great,greeted us with a smile and where polite,changed our room to smoking king size bed with waist height bar fridge and microwave.

5. Here are some details:- Check-in took about a minute- My room was clean and 'serviceable' - There wasn't a heavenly bed, but it was comfortable with plenty of decent pillows, and clean newish bed linens that stayed tucked in- The rooms could've used new wallpaper, but it wasn't terrible.

7. eek)Pool was not open enough hours, which was just a tad bit annoyingWould not let me check in early until I complained enough, and *poof* there were suddenly rooms available (that's just me being greedy, isn't it?)Room was grungy and smelly the whole weekendOther front desk people were not as nice as ViraCleaning staff were incredibly rude and blocked entire hallways with their carts, would not move them if you askedBut I booked my room there for 2012, so it must not have been so bad in the end.
