1. And although you can refer folks to the downtown Atlanta Mission (homeless shelter) on 156 Mills Street for genuine assistance, that's often not the answer they're looking to hear.

8. It's a heavy-handed way to get 3 tips for 3 people by the time you reach your room and it really felt no different from the way the panhandlers on the streets of Atlanta work, other than these were wearing Marriot uniforms.
