1. I was able to get a great deal through Priceline and the hotel was also able to accommodate my request for 2 double beds and late checkout.

10. the hotel has 1600 rooms and you have one person doing calls?unless the phone operator gave us the wrong infofront desk staff is usual, again no frills therewould return to the hotel again, we get good deals with marriott, although this hotel did not impress us at all.
