3. I was, however, disappointed when I first checked into my room because there was a very gross looking bug on the edge of the bathtub (I was on the 32nd floor) and one of the two beds in the room had a little bit of a sand-like material on the sheets.

The sandy sheets were changed on the bed and the dead bug (I had left it on the edge of the bath tub because I was not totally certain as to what kind of bug it was and didn't know if some sort of extermination would be needed) was completely gone and I did not see another for the rest of my stay.
