1. Some minor problems with the room: (a) found a silverfish in the bathroom soap dish (b) could not get a full set of non-feather pillows after asking twice and (c) the room had a faint mildew smell.

3. lots of pillows and warm blankets!plus you can control your thermostat, so no worries on getting too cold or too hot.
