1. The hotel has a complimentary shuttle to the local restaurants and mall, and the front desk is knowledgable about the area so they had some good dinner suggestions.

10. One night the hotel was full there wasn't enough hot water for showers in the morning which is understandable so we worked around it by showering just before dinner instead.
