1. The staff and management were kind and courteous and I was impressed with managers assembling to greet many business travelers like myself on our way to 'work' each and every day following breakfast.

4. from checking-in to checking out was fast, the rooms were extremely clean, the room service was great, the hospitality was outstanding, the shuttle was great, the pool was clean, the manager special breakfast made to order eggs was outstanding, the evening managers special was great.

9. I always love the open atrium's at Embassy Suites and don't forget the Managers reception every afternoon, but the best thing about this hotel is you wouldn't have to leave the building for days.
