3. The hotel lobby is very nice with mahogany (or teak, I'm not sure) decorating the entire floor along with large portraits and classical furniture.

8. The rooms, banquet and meeting space, pool and fitness center, gift shop and lobby were all superb, but in my opinion it is the staff and the why they present themselves that really make a trip enjoyable and make you feel comfortable.
