3. 2) We are an active couple so a nice gym is important to us - this RC had a nice sized lap pool, a number of cardio machines (each equipped w a TV (complimentary use of headphones), bikes, eliptical, treadmill, etc.) and a nice area w machines and small sized dumbbells.

5. The hotel has complimentary town car service within a 2 mile radius, but we didn't use it since we opted to walk to the Marta stop while at the Ritz.

There were a couple of missed steps, but every situation was rectified to our satisfaction (a very late delivery of room service was made complimentary, and there did not seem to be a note in our file that the sofa bed should be made up each evening, but housekeeping was there as soon as we called, and the supervisor followed up with a phone call).
