They ended up giving us late
check out
until 5pm free of charge and said that if we needed longer then it wouldnt be a problem.

The service is excellent and the ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful when I
check out
thinking I was going to go home but had to end up staying one more night and the hotel was sold out.

, and Kenneth downstairs again apologized profusely (I got the feeling it had been a loooonnnnggg night for the staff of the Ritz and loss prevention).
