5. Poor girl had to check people in, make sure the the rooms were clear via radio to staff (which probably kept people from going into an already occupied room thank goodness) and answering the telephone answering questions about directions etc. We did notice that there were a ton of people staying at the hotel that all appeared to be going to a large convention.

7. There was a huge line at reception at all times, and even though the staff were very friendly and tried really hard, everyone seemed to have a problem of some sort (wrong rate, wrong reservation, etc.) Despite the line, the two people behind the desk had to keep answering the phones CONSTANTLY just to give directions and other stupid things like that.

8. The staff I found to be quite friendly, but calling Front Desk for anything, sometimes had to wait awhile, beacuse they cover check-ins as well as answer the main phone line.
