1. It did take over 30 minutes to check in but they took off a portion of our nights rate which was great.

2. This hotel was the first one of our 12 day tour - the location was excellent, however we did not have much time to explore - the rooms were quite basic and it probably was due for a refit - breakfast was adequate - a good hotel for one night, not to stay for longer, I don't think - however, beds were comfortable, rates were reasonable.

4. The two things that make this hotel a good option are the rates and the location.
"Cost effective and good location " Read full review on Expedia   3/11/2009 Vote
5. Conference room rate quoted: $110 + tax, but charged $120 + tax.

6. To the contrary, a few short blocks away and you are in the middle of Downtown--lots of great restaurants, shopping, CNN, Georgia Dome, etc. While the rooms were small by any comparison and access was via exterior corridors, these were small inconveniences for a great rate.
"Convenient, Inexpensive Downtown Hotel " Read full review on Expedia   8/12/2009 Vote
7. I checked other hotels prior to traveling and the parking rate was about the same for the downtown area.
"Great Location and value in Downtown area " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/22/2009 Vote
8. I'm paying $118 a night (group rate) and you can't put out some sweet rolls, coffee, and juice for the masses.
"Didn't think I got value for the money spent " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/6/2009 Vote
9. In addition to room rates, be prepared to pay $10 a night for parking.

10. There was a huge line at reception at all times, and even though the staff were very friendly and tried really hard, everyone seemed to have a problem of some sort (wrong rate, wrong reservation, etc.) Despite the line, the two people behind the desk had to keep answering the phones CONSTANTLY just to give directions and other stupid things like that.
