4. at check in behind another family, it took over 20 min to check them in, and Jennifer the worker took off 30$ per day for having to wait, I was next, asked about a discount for having to wait also just was ignored very rude staff,room door did not close tightly, bathroom door didnt close at all, air conditiioner did not work, hot tub did not work, nothing near by and the walk uphill to attractions is quite a distance.
