1. The table centerpieces were not out when we all arrived -banquet manager didn't even know we had centerpieces and then spent a decent amount of time looking for them as they were locked up in an office (which they hotel knew about a head of time since it was their idea to store them there).

3. The hotel Manager, John and the president of the holding company for the Desmond, Mike, were not only friendly and caring, but you can tell how much they love their hotel.

6. Frank, the Schrimshaw and Restaurant Manager, is so knowledgeable in wines and listens to his customers in regards to suggestions for the food.

7. Our General Manager has been at this hotel for 3 years and we have never had a positive case of bed bugs in that time.

8. Candy wrappers on the floor, finger smear marks on the Water pictures etc, and asked for the Banquet Manager and was told you don't have one.
