5. When asked if the hotel possessed availability for the time frame that I desired to check in this mongoloid quickly reponded by stating 'Well, we have available rooms for that date but none of them have views, so if you're looking for one, then you're wasting your time!'.

6. Upon doing so, I was greeted by a heavily Hispanic accented bruja' (Spanish for witch) and as I continued in speech to ask her about her rates, informing her that I was viewing the pricing via the Hotel.

9. I am not ordinarily fussy, I don't find reasons to complain, but when I take pains to arrange for something like a jacuzzi in my room, or a special view, I think it is not unreasonable to have those in charge keep their promises.
