3. 3) The owners have a bad attitude, and simple queries are routinely responded to with irritation or complete disregard for the traveler's comfort or needs (except for Jeff who is very pleasant, and housekeeping who were professional and attentive the entire stay).

4. Yes, although the hotel didn't provide Privacy signs, their housekeeping staff does respect your wish to be undisturbed if you tape your own sign on the door.

5. (In the middle of the night I'm going to call housekeeping to come in and fix the a/c?) She wouldn't budge in the slightest and seemed to think it was all my fault that we all slept poorly because the a/c wouldn't work.

6. When I complained to the lady at the front desk she refused to offer any kind of discount on the room and said I should have called housekeeping.
