3. Makeshift check in desk was set up, area in front of the elevators was sheeted off, making it very tight getting in and out of the elevator.

4. The Best Western Inn by the Sea is walking distance from the beach and the main "village" areas of La Jolla, and a 5-10 minute drive from the business areas and UC San Diego, VA Medical Center, Scripps Institute of Oceanography (Birch Aquarium).
