3. sorry for a long note, all i can say, when arriving to the grand sierra, the valet was very responsive to the customers needs, the hotelguest service were great, they made sure youknow where you need to go, the rooms arebigger and nice, compared to the silver legacy.

6. so now the truck arrives, tip he valet, go to leave, the shift knob is missing (manaul)so i get back out of the truck, the valet states, it is located on the floor, took a few minutes to find, as the shift knob feel onto the front passenger floor.

8. during the reno rodeo, we use to stay at the silver legacy, we tried the hilton 2 years ago, service was great, as we were going tothe silver legacy for the bfi dinner, the valet service, was just so slow, on retievingyour truck to leave, it took 20 minutes before the truck arrived at the valet area.
