1. The front desk staff was very friendly, and allowed me, without hesitation, to check in a little earlier (1pm), as oppose to the standard 3pm check in.

3. Unfortuately, the desk clerk gave us a Suite II room (which is smaller) and after 30-45 minutes (not kidding) on hold with the front desk, they sent someone up with a new room key.

However, there were 2 elevators working for half of the floors on the weekend of our stay, the front desk laughed about it when we asked why, apparently they do maintenance through Saturday and painted the elevators on a Saturday, with many guests and several weddings the waits were long and it took up to 30 minutes to get on an elevator to your room.
