9. Pros: helpful friendly staff, decent casino with fun craps tables, good restaurants Cons: didn't get the king bed I requested prior to check-in, and the non-smoking room smelled like it used to be a smoking room.

10. Having gone thru some issues at original check-in, I was able to meet 3 gentlemen at the counter that were all more than willing to work with me and get us what we needed at a cost that was much better than anticipated.
