Our only complaint about the room is that the desk was place just a foot away from the end of the bed; so when my husband was using his laptop, I had to roll onto the bed to get around him (good thing I'm so flexible :-) We also had a terrific view from the 19th floor of the Truckee River and Sierras and we'll certainly stay at Harrah's again in the future.

7. Pros: helpful friendly staff, decent casino with fun craps tables, good restaurants Cons: didn't get the king bed I requested prior to check-in, and the non-smoking room smelled like it used to be a smoking room.
