1. One minor thing was the travel time via Disney Bus to Downtown and all parks except the Animal Kingdom, but once you realised it took a bit longer than you'd like it was fine.

2. It is more expensive than the cheaper places, but if your kids like pools and the weather is nice, you can skip the parks for a day or two and just hang out at the hotel (free), go to Downtown Disney (free), and go to The Boardwalk (free).

3. You can use the internet if you ask at he Reception for 15 mins free to keep in touch with the UK , no english channels on the TV and English newspapers at Downtown Disney at the Irish bar if you want one .

4. Shuttles--The shuttle service to the parks and Downtown Disney were awesome.

Bus transportation to the parks was great -- nothing to complain about except for transportation to Downtown Disney which seemed to take forever (but that's what I hear from friends who stay at other resorts too!)The only downside was the room was that the room was rather small for a deluxe property, but I hear the rooms are the same size as those at Wilderness Lodge, another very popular Disney resort.

6. Transport to and from all the Disney parks and downtown Disney was free, efficient and easy to use, with easy access for the disabled.

7. The Disney busses were great - we didnt have to wait long for any of them EXCEPT Downtown Disney!for some reason.

9. The only bad thing I can say is that it was a bit farther away from the Downtown Disney side of the property - so plan for a longer bus ride when going that way.

10. With that said, the bus rides to other parks/Downtown Disney do take longer than they would from other resorts, but never more than 20 minutes.
