3. I will start off by saying that the hotel staff was very pleasant and prompt with check-in, and housekeeping brought us extra towels and shampoo within ten minutes of calling the front desk and asking for extra.

Honestly, smoke doesn't really bother me, I was just a little put off by the fact that the reservation people lied when they claimed it was a non-smoking hotel and either the front desk was lying when the claimed our room was non-smoking or housekeeping can't tell the difference between smoking and non-smoking rooms and just puts ashtrays in every single room.
