1. * No literature in the room telling you about the hotel, had to get online to find out anything while in the room* Out dated room (carpet, colors, fixtures, etc.)* Hair dryer didn't work, not a huge deal for me as I'm a guy and woke up early to do emails before heading out anyways so it dried enough.
