2. This year, the hotel shut down the great Restaurant, no longer have a concierge or activities desk, the bath tub was peeling off a large area of a repair coat, cockroaches and millipedes infested the room, their solution - call the maid and have a bug bomb set off while we are away.

3. This was compounded by filthy grilles for Air circulation, wiped down by request the first night, but still dirty, and non existent maid serbice most days - our bathroom wasnt cleaned for several days at a time.
