1. nice treadmills & really nice amenities (ear phones to plug into the exercise equipment so you can watch TV & dry & wet towels to clean up.

2. I called again before dinner, and when we got back after dinner someone had put a towel over the chair cushion and cleaned the porch somewhat, but in general the porch was dirty and covered with pigeons throughout the two days we were there.
