1. You can pay to have a private server but that costs extra, just like the candle they add to your table, etc. When he told me he had to pay for the candle I was a bit surprised.

8. As it is, if I return to the conference next year I will stay at Hickham, the Navy Lodge or the Hale Koa & rent a car with the difference in cost of the room.

10. But not enough to be trapped on premises when the lectures let out & I can't justify staying there and renting a vehicle when the cost of staying elsewhere is so much less.
