3. My daughter lives in NYC, and when we checked into the hotel she was with me and said ""Wow this is a big room for New York City!"" We had a great stay, the location was convenient and about 1 1/2 blocks to the subway, the hotel was quiet and clean, and the complimentary breakfast was a plus to staying at the LaQuinta.

4. For a place to shower, eat a quick breakfast in the morning and have a place to sleep this was the perfect place (we also had a mini fridge, movie and basic cable channels with a remote, so maybe we were the lucky ones!) It is literally 15-20 minutes away from Grand Central Station and Times Square which you can use to transfer to pretty much any other line you'll need to take.
