1. Carlos the concierge was fabulous at suggesting great restaurants (Forge, Scarpetta, Delanos) and bars/clubs and getting you bookings.

6. The concierge made good restaurant recommendations- Nobu of course, and everyone must go to- OLA- just a short walk away, and were not blown away by Prime112 which made us wait > 1 1/2 hr even with reservations.

For example, I asked the concierge to take down my bags on the last day, stayed in the room for an hour waiting, ran the desk three times to no avail, went down to investigate, was kept waiting another half an hour at the desk, while they found someone to bring them down, went for a time pressured lunch, and came to collect them before leaving only to discover that they had not been taken down so a further 20 minutes was spent waiting while it was discovered where my bags were.

10. I request a dinner reservation at the concierge, there were suppose to confirm for mi, never call or give a note regarding this.
