4. There is a continental breakfast (which is included in the $10 per day 'resort fee') - kind of a joke if you ask me but given the cheap price of the room I could deal with it.

7. Dirty room, shower that suddenly went cold in the middle of using it, parking impossible, (unless you use valet, which takes forever), very loud (thin walls); but here's the worst part: we had a minor problem with the bill and had to deal with management.
