4. My wife spoke to the manager (Sam) about this and he admitted it was his fault, that he should not have scheduled both pool fixes simultaneously.

7. I think it is remarkable that all the staff are friendly and polite from housekeeping, grounds, front desk staff to the General Manager.

8. After a few nights of this, I spoke to one of the managers at breakfast and she was very polite, apologetic, and professional, and even sent a bag of goodies to our room, which was kind of her, and that night the front desk staff did go to kick out people after 10 pm.

9. Manager at breakfast knows the tv's dont work, and when I suggested that some guests might be offended by fox news blaring at breakfast he said the national marriott chain insists on it- and then asked me if I thought msnbc was any less Partisan, as if that was the theme of my suggestion.
