1. From a business perspective, there is free wireless internet in the lobby, but a charge to use the service in the room, which is always an annoyance.

2. They have free 802.11b WiFi in the lobby but even though I was sitting across from the room with the router the connection kept dropping and I could not sustain anything higher than 128kbps.
