The bad things: all the services seem to be planned to spoil your stay at maximum: amenities are reduced to a minimum (no dental kit, no comb, no shaving kit, just soap!) and they ask a fortune for telephone calls (and note that there are no indication of the prices that they will apply) or for consuming any food or drink from the minibar.

9. The food at the hotel is expensive for the quality, I prefer Flemming's than the steaks at Hoja Nueva, or even at Morton's Steak House which is in the Hotel premises.
