1. Old and spooky, charges for parking when available spaces are usually a long walk right next to free public parking area.

3. If you walk across the street at the light right outside the hotel and about a block up that cross street, there is a small older mall on the left, and it has a great indoors farmers market.

4. However, I am sure people do stay longer here, and the pool is very nice, the view across the harbor is good, and you are not far at all from the other side of the harbor (driving though, not walking unless you like a longer walk) where people surf on boogie boards a lot.
