4. My companion had to leave at 4:30 am to catch a flight and had to wait 15 minutes for valet to retrieve her car.

5. The only downside is that there is no parking, you have to valet your car, which actually turned out to be kind of nice, but that is an extra cost to consider (30 a day).

7. I was impressed upon check-out that they heard my complaint (I cannot believe this isn't a frequent complaint) and removed my internet//valet charge from the bill.
