1. The location is great, just a block from Palisades Park (and the steps across the bluffs to the beach), two blocks from Third Street Promenade, and walking distance to everything else, from the pier to the Montana Street shops and restaurants.

2. When we discovered it was literally just across the street from the Huntley, we were SO glad to have taken the room at the Huntley.

3. Serene view, but street noise was constant with using preferred screens for outside air, instead of room air conditioning.
