7. A large Ralph's Grocery store is three blocks away; great cafe au lait spot a block away; just a short bus ride to the beach (remember, 55 years and over is a mere quarter for a bus ride); IHOPS on the main floor; and the Getty is a 30 minute bus ride (transfer needed) (taxi ride is over $50.
