1. They made certain we had comfy cars with friendly & knowledgeable drivers, dinner reservations (they made sure we had a beautiful table overlooking the NYC skyline and dessert compliments of the hotel), 'breakfast for dinner' one evening when Mom was worn out and warm cookies.

2. Without prompting we were offered assistance with choosing a dinner location for that night, we accepted the information and decided to go with the staffs top recommendation.

3. Upon our return from dinner we asked the front desk to call us a cab so that we could make our way into the city.

4. 2) there are not many family-friendly restaurants nearby, and the hotel restaurant was closed the night we were there for a private party (check this if you expect to return to dinner at the hotel after a long day in the city!) We were able to order take-out from a nearby Chilis and eat in the room - fine because we were exhausted.
