7. room had a nice setup as living area bordered sleeping area---I didn't have any breakfast there as the prices were typically high and there was a grocery store right behind that had anything you could need---I didn't use the housekeeping services since it was just me and they did try to clean every day, even though I told them I didn't need it---the location to the PATH is excellent, a 7 minute walk and being so close to the Newport Mall are the 2 greatest reasons to stay there---used the workout facility twice and the equipment was adequate but the large TV didn't work and the channels were limited on the elliptical---overall, I don't ask much so I was satisfied---room was clean but thermostat didn't work properly but I wasn't in the room besides sleeping and breakfast, it wasn't a concern.
