While the mattress seemed fine, after sleeping in the bed for an hour and waking from itching of being bitten, later inspection showed evidence of bed bug feces on the cover to the box spring (among other things like hair, gross!) I alerted the front desk, who simply asked if I wanted another room--clearly they don't understand that if it's in one room, its likely in others.
