1. Since I arrived late and left early, I didn't bring these to the attention of the management until check-out--I hope they've taken measures to correct these flaws.

2. So, if you stay here as a Starwoods member, confirm your check-out time as it may not match your check-in information and be aware that you may be locked out of your room early at some point on your check-out day.

3. Additionally, as a Starwoods gold member, my check-in information stated check-out was at 4 p.m. We called to confirm on the check-out day and were told that we had to check-out by 3 p.m. which was ok with us.
