The desk staff GREATLY EXCEEDED our expectations with outstanding service!-Booked HHonors award online literally last minute while waiting for the door to close on our MSP-IAH flight- our original flight from MSP to DFW on AA on a Thursday evening was running late (this was the night DFW received a foot of snow), and we were not going to make our connection to FLL that night, so AA scrambled and found us seats on DL through IAH with an overnight stay.
