4. We were there for only one night, but we were impressed from the shuttle bus driver who gave us bottled water, to the front desk staff who asked us to tell them if we needed anything, to the restaurant staff and food, to the room itself.

5. The front desk staff was gracious - warm cookies, etc. The bell service some of the best I have ever witnessed (remember, we just came from the Four Seasons) - very friendly, cheerful and helpful.
