5. A lot of people are allergic to feather pillows, so they should at a minimum have regular pillows in the closet, which a lot of places do.

8. The bed was very comfortable, I loved the down comforter - but I'm glad I brought my own pillow because the bed pillows were rock hard - The staff at the Doubletree bent over backwards for us, everyone who works there must love their job, they were always so nice and accomodating.
