1. Then noticed later some things that indicated it was not: some mold/mildew in the tub/shower - but quite acceptable, older style bathroom fixtures - all of which worked fine, non-matching chairs, one with a small hole in the upholstery.

10. Just check the shower the night before so you can get it fixed before you are all wet and have to speak to someone rude & have your morning delayed.
