3. but oh what a view!don't stay in the un renovated rooms as they need a lot of work etc. the service could have been better but personally i did not mind putting my bags on the dolly and carting them up to the room myself.

10. Ideal location, best in Hilo for parks and view Under renovation (will be for a certain time!), therefore no extra service, no restaurant but a couple nearby, old swimming pool without maintenance, sometimes noisy works during daytime, should ask for renovated rooms.
